* Most people already have Adobe on their computer (required to download a PDF). If you don't have it it's free here.
* Change the zoom to whatever suits you.
* You don't have to read the whole book. Read the reasons that appeal to you and in the order that appeals to you
* I am investigating print on demand services. In the meantime you are welcome to print out whatever you like if you prefer to read a hard copy.
* You can also download a brochure with all the reasons here. Everyone is welcome to share the brochure as they wish.
